Here's a quick look at some of the recent spots to open at Pointe 17 in the Norterra area of North Phoenix/85085:

If you live in North Phoenix or around the 85085/Norterra area, you’ve probably noticed Pointe 17 starting to fill in, and there’s been a big wave of new openings recently.

Located at 29th Ave & Dove Valley Rd, this center is quickly becoming a convenient go-to for dining, coffee, and everyday stops.

What’s New at Pointe 17

Several new businesses are now open, bringing more options right into the neighborhood:

The added patio spaces are a great upgrade and make the whole center feel more complete.

Pointe17 is still developing, so the tenant mix may continue to change as additional spaces are completed and leased. This list was locally verified in July 2026.

Refinery at Pointe17 Is Now Open

Refinery at Pointe17 is the development’s 224-unit apartment community, offering one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. Construction completion and resident move-ins began near the end of 2025, followed by an official ribbon cutting in May 2026.

Community amenities include a heated pool, fitness center, pickleball court, rooftop deck, coworking spaces, dog park and pet spa.
